POLICIES

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Permanent make up is a time intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you, and therefore deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so by giving us a call or text, any time within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment and you forfeit your deposit. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your payment will be forfeited. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours' notice.

GUARANTEES

Eternal By C Davis can make no guarantee as to how long your individual results will last. Client results will vary from person to person. Although permanent makeup is effective and can last up to a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made about the length of time your cosmetic tattoo will last. Since everyone’s skin is different, it is very important that each client understands that we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare. Most clients will need a 12-18 month touch-up, but results will vary from person to person. Permanent make up is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your cosmetic tattoo to heal properly (and look the very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
